Pankaj Ji Maharaj's Satsang in Kochas: Spiritual Wealth & Vegetarianism
Kochas (Rohtas), May 03, 2026: Stressing that “worshipping the Guru is worshipping all,” Pujya Pankaj Ji Maharaj, successor to Baba Jai Guru Dev Ji Maharaj, addressed a large gathering in village Kursa today during his 58th day of Satsang.
Accumulating “Spiritual Wealth”
In his core message, Maharaj Ji explained the three types of gurus in our lives: our parents who give us life, our teachers who give us a livelihood, and the spiritual master who reveals the profound secrets of the soul. He reminded the devotees that our physical breaths are strictly numbered. Therefore, he urged everyone to balance their everyday family duties with the pursuit of spiritual wealth (Naam ki Kamai) under the guidance of a true, awakened Guru.
A Call for Vegetarianism
Warning that polluted diets and intoxicants are upsetting the balance of nature—often leading to unforeseen calamities and loss of life—Maharaj Ji strongly appealed to the audience to adopt a strictly vegetarian lifestyle. He emphasized that clean eating is a crucial step for personal safety and building a healthier society.
Mathura Bhandara & The Yatra’s Next Stop
Concluding the discourse, Maharaj Ji warmly invited all attendees to the 14th Annual Bhandara Satsang Mela at the Jai Guru Dev Ashram in Mathura, UP, which will be held from May 17 to May 21, 2026.
The event saw the presence of District President Mrs. Manju Singh, organizer Mahangu Sah, and several other local dignitaries, with the local police administration ensuring a peaceful gathering. Following the program, the Jan Jagran Yatra departed for its next scheduled Satsang in village Usraon.
